Intense Preparations for TotalEnergies AFCON 2021 continues with TourCMR and the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure.
23rd of August 2021, the Nchimsy Teq team completes a 4th evaluation meeting at the conference room of the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure.
A meeting which allowed officials to evaluate the progress of the TourCMR App, Cameroon’s first bilingual travel guide App validated within the framework of tourism promotion during and after the African Cup of Nations 2021.
This meeting was Chaired by Mr. NDIORO à MAMOM, Secretary General at the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure sitting in for the Minister of State, Minister of Tourism and Leisure.
The aim of this session was to evaluate the work done so far on the application as concerns information on tourist sites, hotels, restaurants and other leisure centers.

We have rebuilt the TourCMR app to enable our visitors to make better travel decisions to Cameroon. Decisions ranging from planning/preparation, to actual trips, hospitality, leisure, and more.
Remarks from the Secretary General at MINTOUL were overall positive, after serious discussions with the TourCMR working committee on work done this far. The team was encouraged to continue feeding the application with rich content, to give tourists an excellent feel of the tourist sites in Cameroon.
